Wine, Food & Arts in Italy Report

This study represents the first report on wine, food & arts in Italy, a novelty in landscape research.

It is a report that identifies and enhances, at National level, innovative experiences which integrate art, food and wine by analysing their characteristics peculiarities, motivations, objectives attained, repeatability level and sustainability over time.

The report, it’s been conducted by a research group of the University of Bergamo together with the Gavi Lav, it analyses 219 projects, selected on the basis of their positioning on search engines.
