During the fifteenth annual meeting of the Italian Society of Tourism Sciences (SISTUR), the award ceremony for the best thesis in food and wine tourism was held.
The initiative: the award, promoted in collaboration with the Italian Association for Food and Wine Tourism, recognises high-quality academic work focused on the growing role of food and wine tourism in Italy and internationally.
The 2023 result: the first prize went to Giovanni Feninno of the University of Trento for his thesis on the Via degli Dei and its socio-anthropological relationship with food culture and territory.
