The sixteenth annual meeting of SISTUR hosted the award ceremony for the best university thesis in food and wine tourism.
Initiative: the award was created in 2021 by the Associazione Italiana Turismo Enogastronomico in collaboration with SISTUR.
Value: the competition highlights the quality of emerging research and the growing academic relevance of themes such as experiential marketing, communication, destination development and gastronomic heritage.
