In the heart of Trentino, Rosa Roncador, project manager of the Piana Rotaliana Königsberg Tourism Consortium, is leading a project built around participatory, sustainable tourism development strongly rooted in the area’s wine identity.
In a territory that is still relatively little known but rich in history and landscape value, more than one hundred operators, residents and local administrators have been involved in a shared process to build a common vision.
The objective is clear: enhance high-quality wines, protect the rural landscape and make the visitor experience authentic and respectful of the local community. Her experience highlights the importance of trained professionals able to read the territory, build coherent narratives and activate projects with a systemic vision.
