A new initiative led by UN Tourism in collaboration with the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism is focused on developing high-quality food and wine tourism experiences in Ubud, Bali.
The project is designed to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the local tourism sector through a structured approach that includes diagnosis, technical design and business plan development.
I was selected as scientific coordinator of the initiative, which aims to strengthen the local offer and create experiences that are both authentic and internationally competitive.
