Report on Italian Food and Wine Tourism 2019

The Report on italian Food and Wine Tourism 2019 is an extended and comprehensive study that, starting from an analysis on Italian travelers, delineates the features of supply and demand, reports best international practices and opinion of experts.

The research has been conducted under the patronage of:

  • Mipaaft, the Italian Ministry of agriculture, alimentary, forestry and tourism policy,
  • ENIT, the Italian Tourism Agency,
  • Ismea (Institute of Services for the Agricultural Food Market),
  • Qualivita Foundation (Foundation for the enhancement and protection of the European agri-food products’ quality),
  • Federculture, (Federation of Public Services for Culture),
  • Touring Club Italiano (Italian Touring Club). Moreover it has been conducted with the collaboration of Gnammo (Social Eating Italian platform),
